Chief Deputy Bill Finley is a 15 year veteran of the Perry County Sheriff’s Office. He has served in the Patrol Division, Investigator, Jail Administrator, and now as Chief Deputy. Bill is over the Patrol Division and serves in the day to day capacity under Sheriff Montgomery.



Sergeant Keenan Carter has over 36 years of Law Enforcement experience. Sgt. Carter's duties are to investigate illegal drug activities and sex crimes in Perry County, as well as assist other agencies on investigations concerning Perry County.



Investigator Robbie Stout is a 32 year Law Enforcement veteran. Inv. Stout's duties are to investigate felony thefts, break-ins, and burglary's in Perry County, as well as assist other agencies on investigations concerning Perry County.
