Stabbing victim refuse's to cooperate with investigation

Sheriff Scott Montgomery reports that on Saturday November 23, 2013 at approximately 2:00 AM a passer by was flagged down by Spencer Clark , 25 of Perryville.  Mr. Clark had been stabbed multiple times in his back, side, and his neck.  Deputy Ricky Jones responded to the scene and Mr. Clark refused to tell him where the incident happened at and who stabbed him.  Deputy Jones did go to where Mr. Clark’s girlfriend’s (Serenity Collins) sister Doughty Howell lives at and was unable to get anyone to come to the door.  Deputy Jones did find Ms. Collin’s car at that residence with a large amount of blood on the ground beside it.

At this time this is an ongoing investigation with no cooperation from Mr. Clark.
