David Spann arrested for break-in on Old Houston Road

Sheriff Scott Montgomery reports that Deputies took a theft report and attempted break and entering at 718 Old Houston Road on January 27, 2015.

The case was assigned to Inv. Jones and after working several leads he went to David Spann’s at residence at #56 Blackberry Ln., in Perry. Inv. Jones recovered most of the stolen items that was stolen from 718 Old Houston Road and arrested David Spann for the thefts.

Inv. Jones was assisted by Probation and Parole Officer’s and Deputy Keenan Carter. Spann is being held in the Perry County Detention Center on no bond.
