On June 24, 2015 Deputy Dalton Tyner was dispatched to 1449 HWY 300 to a prowler report. Upon arrival he spoke to the complainant who advised him that there was a guy on a motorcycle at his grandmother’s property, the man was there for a few minutes and then he left. Deputy Tyner drove east on HWY 300 and found a motorcycle matching the description of the motorcycle that the complainant had given Deputy Tyner parked at a residence. Deputy Tyner made contact with the person riding the motorcycle (Gatlin Henson, 25 yrs old of Houston), Henson advised the Deputy that his motorcycle wasn’t running right so he stopped to work on it. Deputy Tyner ran the motorcycle’s V.I.N. (Vehicle Identification Number) through A.C.I.C. and found it to be reported stolen out of Saline County. Henson told Deputy Tyner that he bought the motorcycle from a guy in little Rock. Henson had no bill of sell or proof of ownership, he was arrested and charged with Theft by Receiving. Henson is being held at the Perry County Detention Center on a $1,000.00 cash or professional bond. |
