Tuesday Sept. 1, 2015 Deputy Danny Story responded to a suspicious person report at D.J.’s in Perry. Upon arrival the suspicious person was walking east on Bone Hollow Road.
Deputy Story made contact with the subject, a white male who stated that his car was stalled out at the rail road tracks on Bone Hollow Road. Deputy Story took the young man to the rail road tracks but there was no car there. Further investigation revealed that there was possibly another person with the Juvenile, and the Juvenile was in possession of a BB gun that looked like a real .45 caliber pistol. Deputies believe that the young man was possibly dropped off at the store to rob it, but the young man refused to rob the store so the person who dropped him off left him there.
The Juvenile gave Deputies a description of the man who dropped him off and it matched a description of a man who was possibly a robbery suspect in Russellville. This information was given to Russellville Police Dept. The Juvenile has not been charged with any crimes at this time and was released to his aunt. |
