On August 15, 2016 at Approximately 6:20 PM Deputy Nick Kincade was on routine patrol on State Highway 60 East when he noticed a tan and maroon Chevrolet pick-up in the ditch with its hazard lights on, just east of Harris Farm Road. The individuals advised Deputy Kincade that their brakes had locked up on their pick-up.
After an I.D. check on the two individuals, Deputy Kincade found both of them to be wanted. Josh Linn (32 years old of Conway) was wanted out of Conway P.D. and Cliff Robinson (33 years old of Coal Hill) was wanted out Conway County and Oppelo P.D.. As an incident to arrest a pat down of the wanted subjects led to Deputy Kincade finding two syringes on Josh Linn’s person. An inventory of their vehicle was done because of the arrest and the vehicle had to be towed. During the inventory a white like crystal substance in a baggie located in a pack of Newport cigarette box.
Both Linn and Robinson was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class C Felony and drug paraphernalia, a class D Felony. They are being held in the Perry County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing. |
