On July 21, 2017 at approximately 11:20PM, Lt. Bill Finley responded to 112 Fifth St. in Casa to a Domestic Battery call. Chief Deputy Nichols and Constable Gracie Holland were already on scene. Chief Deputy Nichols advised that Justin Williams, 29 years old of Casa had fled on foot prior to his arrival. Nichols stated that Williams had hit his dad, Gary Williams with a baseball bat, he suffered from a broken shoulder and a severe laceration to his arm. Another victim Cassie Herndon of Casa, had been punched in the face by Justin Williams when she tried to help Gary Williams.
Justin Williams was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery 1st Degree, a class B Felony, Terroristic Threatening, a class A Misdemeanor, Assault, class A Misdemeanor. Williams is being held in the Perry County Detention Center on a $50,000.00 cash or professional bond. |
