Traffic stop leads to drug arrest

On March 3, 2018 @ 11:13 PM Deputy Nathan Williams stopped a pick-up on HWY 113 and Underwood road for no tail lights.

Deputy Williams noticed that the driver, Brandon Story, 28 years old of Houston was very nervous and moving around a lot in the pick-up. For his safety, Deputy Williams asked him to step out of the pick-up so he could pat him down for weapons. Mr. Story advised the Deputy that he had a meth pipe in his jacket pocket and a small amount of meth under seat. A meth pipe with residue was found in Mr. Story’s left jacket pocket and a small plastic baggie containing a brownish white powder (Methamphetamines) was found under the driver’s seat.

Mr. Story was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, he is out on bond awaiting trial.
