On March 31, 2018 at approximately 12:30AM Deputy Nick Kincade made contact with a Sharon Foster of Little Rock at Coffee Creek Landing. Foster was fishing and after talking with her Deputy Kincade determined that she was on the influence of something. Deputy Michael Barker arrived on scene and asked Foster if she had ever taken any type of speed. Foster stated no, but she smokes weed sometimes. Foster granted consent to search her vehicle. In the vehicle Deputies found a clear bottle containing white crystal substance and a small container containing a chunk substance, both are believed to be Methamphetamines. Upon further search of the vehicle they found several snorting devices and a pill bottle with no name on it containing 38 pills that were identified as Diazepam and two Xanax pills. Foster was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
