On June 10, 2018 at approximately 11:42 PM Deputy Nathan Williams was on routine patrol when he observed a green Isuzu with no illuminating light for its license plate traveling north on State Hwy 9. After getting the vehicle stopped Deputy Williams ran the driver Andrew Capps and he was driving on a suspended license. After consent to search of the vehicle Deputies Williams, Nick Kincade, and Barrett Smith found a black bag in the glove box. In the bag was a clear plastic bag with a white crystal like substance (Methamphetamines) and drug paraphernalia. Both the driver and his wife was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of drug paraphernalia |
