On Monday, November 26, 2018, Sheriff Montgomery received a phone call form Detective Nevels of Henderson Sheriff’s Department in Henderson, Kentucky.
Det. Nevels stated that his agency had a report that Lillyanne Caraway of Henderson, Kentucky was kidnapped on November 24, 2018 from Henderson, Kentucky by a Dominique Williams. Det. Nevels stated that Lillyanne had contacted family and told them that she was brought to 1961 Hwy 60 East, Houston, AR.
