Numerous Drug Arrest

NUMEROUS DRUG ARREST TO REPORT

On February 23, 2019, Deputy Christy Biddle and Nate Williams arrested Cody Wiley of Bigelow for possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms after observing Wiley had a busted tail light on the Ford Ranger he was driving.

 

On February 27, 2019, Deputy Christy Biddle arrested Melinda Huckabay and Brent Hampton, both of Morrilton for possession of controlled substance. Huckabay was in possession of illegal prescription pills (oxycotin) and Hampton was in possession of (marijuana). Biddle stopped Huckabay for no license plate on Copeland road.

 

On February 28, 2019, Sgt. Keenan Carter arrested Justin White of Wye. Mtn. after he responded to #95 Mtn. Village Est. on Wye Mtn. in reference to White violating a no contact order. Upon arrival White spotted Carter and attempted to leave in an aggressive manner as if he was going to ram a black SUV that was parked in the yard. Carter made physical contact with White and arrested him for violation of no contact order. As incident to arrest a pat down on White found him in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamnine).
