Traffic stop for license plate light and K9 sniff of vehicle leads to Perryville man's arrest for Drug paraphernalia.

K-9 "Cain" alerted on 43 year old Chris Minchew's pick-up and several drug pipes were found. Minchew admitted to owning the pipes. Minchew was arrested and charged with six counts of possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and an Instrument of a crime.
