License plate lamps not functioning properly

SHERIFF'S STATEMENT

Deputy Kevin Moore performed a traffic stop on Ronald Grable, 55 years old, of Perryville for not having a working license plate light. During traffic stop Deputy Moore noticed that Grable's eyes were bloodshot, and he smelled of marijuana. Grable told Deputy Moore that he had a couple of grams of Marijuana in the console of the vehicle. Seven grams of Marijuana was actually found in the console. Grable was given a citation for possession of a controlled substance, fingerprinted and released with a court date.
