On April 7, 2020 Deputy Denise Huber responded to a hit and run on State HWY 60 East. Jacob Lindsey of Conway hit a vehicle and kept travelling. Deputy Huber found Lindsey in Conway at Hogan and College streets. Lindsey attempted to flee from Deputy Huber, but she was able to get him stopped and arrested. During an inventory of his vehicle Huber found a crystal-like substance and some Xanax pills that was not in a prescription bottle.
Lindsey was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. |
