Perryville Woman Arrested for Domestic Battery

On Monday August 10, 2020 around 9:30PM Deputies Todd Bonds and Bill Sneed responded to #27 Lydia Dr. in Perryville in response to a domestic battery call. Upon arrival they met with Steven Scott, who stated that his wife Joletta had come home around 8:45PM and he had advised her that they were splitting up and her belongings was on the front porch. Steven told deputies that she became very upset and started hitting him in the chest. Deputies did observe evidence of physical injuries on Mr. Scott's chest. Joletta had already left before deputies arrived but was located shortly afterwards and arrested for domestic battery 3rd degree.

Mrs. Scott is out on an O.R. bond awaiting trial.
