Stolen Mini-Excavator

On August 17, 2020 an officer took a report of a Yanmar Mini-Excavator, yellow and gray in color; stolen from a farm on Poe Farm Road.  It appears the excavator was stolen sometime between August 15, 20 at around 7:30 PM and August 17, 20 around 9:00 PM.  It appeared the mini Excavator was used to tear down the gate to the property then driven to the road where it was loaded onto a trailer.

On August 23, 2020 around 11:13 AM, the stolen mini-excavator was located in a field off of Easy Street in Houston, burned. Anyone that may have seen the excavator being loaded, transported, or unloaded are encouraged to contact the Sheriff's Office at 501-889-3309.
