Adona man arrested for Terroristic Threatening and Disorderly Conduct

On September 14, 2020, Chief Deputy Bill Finley reports that Sgt. Keenan Carter and Deputy Cathy Lane responded to Wades Crossing near Adona in reference to a Windstream employee being shot at and chased by a small silver/brownish car. Upon arrival they spoke to the complainant and made contact with the suspect. The suspect was arguing with his wife while driving down Wades Crossing Road when he pulled his car over, got out of it and shot off his rifle. 31-year-old Jared Harvey of Adona stated that he only did it to scare his wife. Windstream's employee was not targeted, just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Harvey was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening and Disorderly Conduct.
