On September 15, 2020, Chief Deputy Bill Finley reports that Deputy Denise Huber responded to a person slumped over in a vehicle on State Hwy 10 West and State Hwy 324 North. Upon arrival Deputy Huber noticed several empty beer cans on the ground just outside the vehicle's driver's window and an open container of beer in the console. The driver identified as 53-year-old Tamela Jackson of Casa smelled of intoxicants. Jackson was arrested and charged with DWI, Possession of an Open Container, and Littering.
