Perry man arrested for Domestic Battery 2nd Degree

On September 17, 2020, Chief Deputy Bill Finley reports that at approximately 4:30 PM Deputies Todd Bonds and Christy Biddle responded to the workplace of a victim in reference to Domestic Battery abuse caused by her husband. The victim had bruising on her arms, back, neck, chest, hands, and her forehead above the right eye, along with scratches. 32-year-old Derek Whippie of Perry was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery 2nd Degree, a class D Felony.
