Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest

Chief Deputy Bill Finley reports that traffic stop leads to drug arrest.  On Nov. 4, 2020 at approximately 9:19 AM deputies spotted James Eaton 52 years of Houston driving on State Hwy 60 East. With prior arrest on that subject deputies knew that he did not have a valid driver's license. Eaton was found to be in possession of a white powdery substance (Methamphetamines). Eaton was also charged with driving on a suspended driver's license, fictitious license plates, no insurance, failure to register. Eaton is being held in the Perry County Detention Center awaiting on a bond hearing.
