Subject Arrested For Fleeing and Endangering Two Juveniles Lives

On January 3, 2021 at approximately 11:40 PM Deputy Kevin Moore observed a vehicle traveling westbound at high rate of speed on State Hwy 60 East.  Moore activated his radar and locked the speed of the oncoming vehicle at 104 miles per hour.  The vehicle then tried to evade him but Moore was able to get the vehicle stopped down a dead end driveway.  The driver (18 year old Jackson Brown) had two juveniles in the vehicle with him and one of the juveniles was a one year old baby.  Brown was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 2nd Degree. Fleeing, Speeding, Reckless Driving, Failure to use a Turn Signal.
