While working a known drug area on Mimosa Circle (Harris Brake Lake area).   Sgt. Keenan Carter made a traffic stop on 25-year-old Dylan Wougaman of Houston. After further investigation Sgt. Carter found Wougaman to have a suspended driver's license, he was also in possession of an illegal controlled substance. Wougaman was arrested, he was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license and possession of a controlled substance. Wougaman is being detained at the Perry County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
