Side by Side Recovered, Casa Woman Arrested

On May 26, 2022, Chief Deputy Bill Finley and Sgt. Keenan Carter was following up on a tip of a stolen side by side in Casa. The side by side was in the possession of Tosha Smith (34 yrs old) of Casa, she was driving the side by side on Needmore road when Chief Deputy Finley and Sgt. Carter spotted her.

Smith was arrested and charged with Theft by Receiving, she is being held in the Perry County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
