On June 8, 2022, the Perry County Sheriff's Office along with members of the 15th Drug Task Force were conducting a home visit at 1871 Tower Road, Perryville, AR. While there they made conduct with a Kayla Berry, 30 years old of Conway, AR.

A search of Ms. Berry produced a small pink rubber purse that contained methamphetamines, three smoking devices that was used for smoking methamphetamines, along with other drug paraphernalia.

Berry was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia.
