Date: 8/1/12

On August 1, 2012 at approx. 8:00AM I responded to a report of Criminal Mischief 1st Degree at #19 Vaught Road, Houston, AR.

Someone went into Ms. Null’s mobile home and ripped the sheetrock out of it and stole the wiring out of it, as well as stole the bathtub out of the master bedroom and stole the front door.  It is believed that after this happened some kids broke the windows out of it with rocks.

Ms. Null stated that she heard that Waylon Schutz is the one that did this.  Ms. Null and myself went to Waylon’s and found her front door there.  Mr. Schutz denied any part of the damaging of the mobile home or the thefts.  After proving the door was hers he later told Inv. Terry Payne that he took the door, but stated that he did not steal anything else or damage anything.

Ms. Null later decided to not pursue any criminal charges against Mr. Waylon Schutz.  This case is closed.
