Bill Finley and Deputy Josh Cole responded to the watershed and requested Rush Towing to pull the tractor out of the water. After retrieving the tractor out of the water, the Deputies and Clint Rush found the tractor was a MX5100 series 4-wheel drive Kubota Tractor with a front end loader. The tractor has been painted camouflage in color Clint Rush looked for vehicle identification number (VIN number) and has been unsuccessful. Inv. Terry Payne has been in communication with Kubota of Conway trying to find VIN Numbers on the tractor, thus far he has been unsuccessful.
