John is also a Drug recognition expert (D.R.E.) officer and K-9 Handler. His duties are to oversee the Criminal Investigation Division, investigate illegal activities in Perry County, assist patrol, and assist other Law Enforcement Agencies within the Perry County Sheriff’s Office.
Sergeant Keenan Carter has over 30 years of Law Enforcement experience. Sgt. Carter duties are to investigate illegal activities in Perry County, assist patrol, and assist other Law Enforcement Agencies within the Perry County Sheriff’s Office.
